 
An intimate, soft-lit, wine-focused local Italian eatery expressing a new take on authentic dishes.
Client wanted a similar aesthetic to its other locations with a sense of individuality also. The project was an existing restaurant that needed a fresh look yet harness existing elements to remain budget friendly.
Heavy wooden shelving, wide plank floorboards and lofty paneled ceiling add a typical rustic touch yet by contrasting the stain colors it keeps the look cozy but contemporary. Custom distressed mirror open the relatively small space and add a delicate sensibility to match the heavily wooden finishes. Soft backlighting on the shelves with vintage sconces are juxtaposed by modern stained wood pendants fill the space with an enchanting glow that is exposed to the public though the massive glass only frontage. |
